Working to the academic calendar
The year is planned once, not improvised term by term. Deep cleans, decoration, flooring and disruptive engineering sit in the holidays; term time is kept to daily cover, statutory checks and reactive attendance.
Safeguarding-aware attendance
Site access, signing in, supervision and movement around occupied areas are agreed with the school before any visit, and the same arrangements apply to our supply chain.
Grounds and externals
Playing fields, hard standing, drainage, lighting and boundary fencing are held on the same schedule as the buildings, so the outside of the site does not drift while the inside is maintained.
