The estates we work on

We publish figures only where a client has agreed to them being shared, so this page sets out the kinds of estate we support and how an engagement runs. Named references and detailed case material can be provided on request under the appropriate confidentiality terms.

How an engagement runs

From first visit to scheduled review

Step 01

Site walk

We visit, look at the plant and the standard being achieved today, and agree what is actually in scope.

Step 02

Written proposal

Tasks, frequencies, staffing and access arrangements set out in writing, with the price attached to them.

Step 03

Mobilisation plan

Screening, inductions, schedules and helpdesk set up against an agreed start date.

Step 04

Scheduled review

Performance discussed on a set cycle, with completed work, misses and open risks on the same page.
